I loved having breakfast in the restaurant.

The king room was well-kept and well-equipped with view, so that guests had essentials. The service was all in all good.

I have stayed in the junior suite with balcony.

Exceptional place for a couple of nights with lovely view over lake. Amicable staff team from reception to excellent waiters. Particularly good and unbeatable location, walk from bars and restaurants. Variety of food at the excellent and sensational breakfast. Recommend to all.

The hotel of choice in Stresa. Well-maintained family-friendly property with very helpful staff with an unfriendly receptionist. Great food in the restaurant for breakfast.

It had a great location - extremely close to Carciano Ferry Jetty.

The room is large, freshly decorated and has lake views. The service is first-class, includes free parking.

Extensive breakfast with plenty of hot/cold dishes. Wonderful location to Borromean Islands.

This place is good small and special and the stuff are amiable. The room is spotless and freshly decorated, it comes with to the islands and a good selection of meals. Totally recommended for holiday.

Stayed here for a couple of nights, everything was really good, I thoroughly enjoyed marvellous and unbeatable location to get to Mottarone for a nice view over the area. The unit I got was freshly decorated and large with mountain views, spacious bathroom plus to the islands. Location: the hotel was near to the outskirts of Stresa which is a 20 minute walk away and Isola Bella. Recommend this place and would consider staying here again.

We loved the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The hotel facilities were excellent with a well-kept pool and a beautiful restaurant by the lake. The location of this hotel was perfect as it was close to the port to go to the islands and within walking distance from the railway station. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, making our stay comfortable.

Too close to the railway line. Some road noise also. A little too far from the centre of Stresa for slow walkers.

We liked the fact that there is a swimming pool. The rooms are simple but clean.

The hotel is very noisy, incl. during the night, because of a train track that passes behind the hotel. The service is bureaucratic. The breakfast food quality is very low (not a single fresh item). The rooms located at the mountain side benefit from the kitchen fumes all day long, which is a pity considering the nice balcony.

A well-run and special hotel, my first choice in Stresa. Overall clean accommodation, excellent staff from reception to excellent waiters. Lovely pool, absolutely perfect and lovely location on the outskirts of Stresa which is a 20 minute walk away. Also - just off a railway, restaurants and Mottarone for a nice view over the area. Fab food at breakfast served in the restaurant.

A Warm Welcome and Immaculate Room

Arriving at the hotel, I was warmly greeted by a friendly gentleman at reception, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. My room was absolutely spotless, with fresh white towels and a comfortable bed. Despite the noise from the road, I had no trouble sleeping. The limited lake view was a bonus. The staff, especially Bruno and his colleagues, were impeccably dressed, polite, and a true credit to the hotel. I recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and cleanliness.
